Betrayal - Danielle Steel review

I'm not a critic and I'm not acting like one but I want to share my own views as an average reader. My over all rating would be 3/5.  It has a good plot, but the story's pace is too slow. It wasted a lot of lines to describe the same character over again. I actually get the point why the author did it, it is to emphasize 'who' the character is but for me, I guess it wasn't really effective. I have thought of giving up reading this book but because of my good impression on Steel's Family Ties I decided to continue doing so. Where We Belong - Emily Giffin review

5/5 - my rating.  I just finished reading “Where We Belong” written by Emily Giffin, and even though I’m aware that she’s a famous writer it’s actually my first time reading one of her works. And. It. Was. Brilliant. I have read some reviews on the internet and wondered what their thoughts about the book were and found some who was disappointed saying that it was one of her worst works, but I totally disagree especially now that I was able to finish the book right off bat. It was a page turner like, literally. You just can’t wait for tomorrow to know the next flow of events. I personally recommend it. It’s all about the importance of finding the right decisions in life and how the people around us influence our choices.  It’s about how life changes as we grow older and our priorities differ from what they were before. As we grow, we realize how narrow-minded we once were and wondered whether we made the right choices we decided to follow. Once upon a time, in your life you&
